Ragi:
 Ragi is rich in Rich in protein ,Vitamin A ,Vitamin B ,Calcium, Phosphorous ,Iron and High fiber content.The average protein content of ragi is 9.8% with well  balanced essential amino acids composition along with Vitamin A, Vitamin B and phosphorous. The Ragi  grains contain high amount of calcium and iron having no parallel amongst cereals for these minerals



Millet:
Millets are rich in protein, magnesium , phosphorus , High fiber content.Millet is a good source of magnesium. Magnesium has been shown in studies to reduce the severity of asthma and to reduce the frequency of migraine attacks. Magnesium also lower high blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack, Niacin (vitamin B3) can be of help in lowering high cholesterol.


Wheat:
Wheat is rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin B,Folic acid, Calcium and Megnesium. WheatFight against muscular disorders such as muscular dystrophy and neuro-muscular problems. Lower cholesterol bad cholesterol levels .
